The Company
My client, a leading Global Insurance Firm, is seeking a highly proficient Developer, skilled in AS/400, COBOL etc. to join its aggressively expanding Asian Operations.
The Role
You will be responsible for Life Insurance systems projects and on-going system support and enhancement. You will work under AS/400, Windows and Web-based Platforms for system and technical design, integration, testing and implementation tasks.
Your Profile
You must have 6+ years experience of hands-on experience in AS/400, COBOL etc. you must also be familiar with MQ, XML, DB/400 and MS SQL Server. You will have an in-depth knowledge of system development methodology and life-cycle. Experience of Life Insurance industry and related systems and products will be highly preferred. The successful candidate will also be a skilled multi-tasker who can work effectively and continuously in a high pressure environment, be self driven and be able to work independently.
