Purpose
Reporting to the Manager of IT SHS developer team, having a strong experience as an analyst and applicative development in SHS area, you will be in charge of analyzing and driving users development request, the applications delivery and the day to day activities within the IT Shareholder Services sub-function.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ability to interpret and analyze requirements
- Ability to write Systems Requirements documents that can be transformed into a programming language.
- Create required documentation that follows the relevant project lifecycle
- Liaise with business and vendors to obtain important information as and when required
- Provide business system knowledge, analytical skills to facilitate timely resolution of issues
- Provide guidance to the developers of business knowledge in relation to agreed development deliverables.
- Assist BA with new enhancements and functionality
- Ensure that procedural documentation is complete ready for go live.

- Work with internal units (Business, Compliance etc) to provide solutions to business needs.
