RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ASIC board bring up, validation debug from prototype to production.
- Own specific chip interfaces and perform interface characterization to ensure compliance to industry standards (DDR, CSI, DSI, HDMI, USB, HSIC, SDIO, eMMC and etc..)
- Debug ASIC and board issues related to logic design signal integrity with the help of a competent team
- Work closely with Application Engineering teams to resolve customer issues in time critical environment.
- Work on stress testing to facilitate sku/speed binning and stability improvement.
- Help streamline qualification process and increase overall team efficiency.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BS or MS degree in EE/CE
- 5 yrs of relevant industry experience
- Familiar with PCB layout and high speed board design issues
- Good knowledge of signal integrity and analog interface characterization.
- Good understanding on memory signaling/protocol is a plus
- Well versed in the usage of electrical measurement tools such as oscilloscopes, BERTs spectrum analyzers
- Rudimentary scripting skills (Python JavaScript).
- Detail oriented, reliable, Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
