U.S. Citizenship is Required Essential Functions: As the Task Order Manager with CSC: · Provide project management services for a wide range of Email/Collaboration technologies. · Responsibilities include review and administration of task assignments and orders issued by the customer. · Responsible for ensuring work requested under the task order is performed properly and to the complete satisfaction of the customer. This also includes ensuring that work is performed within prescribed time and budget constraints negotiated between CSC and the Government for the particular task assignment order in question. · Responsible for establishing ITIL-aligned policies, procedures and goals for the successful completion of work within the task order that is within budget and schedule constraints explain them to subordinates and see that such policies and procedures are effectively carried out. · Provide service delivery management for the Email Task Order to ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures as well as adherence to service level agreements. · Execute notification and escalation procedures with CSC and EPA management to provide ensure there is clear communication of operational issues and resolution strategies. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in engineering, systems engineering, physics, computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred Nine or more years of experience in systems engineering, software engineering, operating systems programming or naval architecture Experience working with specific software and/or hardware systems with a specific concentration in one or more areas Experience working with one or more structured programming languages Experience working with design principles and applications Other Qualifications Strong leadership skills to effectively mentor and lead junior level personnel Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills for design, creation and testing of complex systems Strong communication skills to communicate systems proposals to management and customers and provide systems diagnoses and resolution for current systems Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, senior level personnel, subordinates and team members Strong organization skills to prioritize work, balance and lead complex projects Ability to work independently and as part of a global team Ability to integrate highly complex hardware and software systems Remote Work Authorized: No Relocation Assistence: Not Available Clearance Level: None
