System Support Technician:
Our downtown professional services Law firm client is currently looking for a System Support Technician to join their Information Systems Department.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 2 years experience providing sophisticated technical desktop and application support to users in a professional-service, fast-paced environment
Advanced Microsoft applications including Word 2003, Advanced MS Outlook; MS Excel and Worldox Document Management Software
Our client utilizes a variety of specialized legal software applications in a Microsoft Server 2003/08, Exchange 2007, and a Citrix environment.
The successful candidate will have strong people and customer service skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and excels in a team environment. Special consideration will be given to those who are advanced in Office 2007/2010, and hold a recent MOS certification. Law firm and professional environment experience is preferred.
