Systematic Energy and Commodities Hedge Fund Trader
Our client is an extremely successful global fund looking to build out in the Energy and Commodities space in its office in London's West End.
Recent hires have come from Banks and competing hedge funds.
The role involves managing your own discretionary book for the firm with significant VAR allocated.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Commodity/Energy market trading. A minimum of 3 years proprietary trading experience is required.
The ideal candidate will also display strong quantitative skills and a good understanding of the macroeconomic environment. The ability to trade their own book within a controlled risk framework is essential. Each candidate will have a proven track record of performance.
