SYSTEM/NETWORK SUPPORT SPECIALIST (ELECTRONIC TRADING) recruitment

Responsibilities:
• Works closely with the Operations Manager and the Technical Analysts in order to guarantee platform performance.
• Perform support duties and RFC implementation.
• Troubleshooting, change management, reviewing and improving support procedures.
• Ensure proactive detection of Level 1 alerts and Level 1 support.
• Platform, system and network implementations.
• Administration of the system and network (Cisco PIX and routers).
• Level 1 and 2 software support of our trading solution.
• Being reachable on a 24/5 basis (you will be compensated accordingly).
Requirements:
• Experienced profile who have 5 to 10 years in Support, both System AND Network required.
• Good knowledge of LINUX, UNIX (SUN Solaris) and Windows.
• Good knowledge of network infrastructures: CISCO, DNS, VPN, IPSEC, SSL .
• Functional knowledge of financial markets.
• An experience with the FIX protocol is much appreciated.
• Education: Master's degree in IT.
• Fluent in English.
