System/Network Support Specialist (TX-003b-12)
Provides technical and deployment support for terminal services implementation of military medical applications used in the daily MTF operations. Assist w/ on-site deployment, configuraiton, testing of standard virtual HW/SW suite. Works with various tiered support teams to resolve software/hardware/network and client issues as they relate to applicaiton, terminal and virtual services solutions. Leads/Assist w/ troubleshooting system/network problems and provides technical guidance to users on-site and via remote secure services. Will be responsible for logging tickets, initiating corrective measures, and routing trouble tickets as necessary to internal/external team members. Provides customer service in a polite, patient, and attentive manner at all times Uses trouble ticket software to document and maintain all user trouble calls Loads security patches and application software upgrades via remote access tools Works with PM staff to identify trends and issues, then find root causes Monitors system status of site implementations and reports potential issues
