About our Client

Our client is a diversified business servicing the mining and resources industries. With their head offices based here in Perth - they have operations across Australia, the United Kingdom and Africa. Recent growth within the business has created the need for an experienced and motivated Systems Accountant to join their Canning Vale office.

Job Description

Working within the finance team - your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following;

• Pronto "Super User" responsible for identification of possible implementation and system improvements
• Assisting with the creation of new user accounts together with administration and additional training to existing users as required
• Documentation of current processes for monthly management and financial reporting
• Assist the Financial and Management Accountants in the delivery of monthly reports and budgets
• Additional financial analysis and project work as required by the Group Finance Manager

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role you will have considerable experience in a similar, Systems Accountant position. You will be experienced in using Pronto and will also have advanced MS Excel skills. You will have the knowledge and confidence to deliver to colleagues at all levels within the business. It will also be highly regarded if you are progressing toward your CA or CPA professional qualification.
