Systems Administrator Job in Arlington 22202, Virginia US
DIT, Inc. is seeking candidates for the position of Systems Administrator (SA) in support of a contract at the Pentagon. Support will include a proprietary mapping system as well as several COT products on a variety of platforms.
The SA will provide general systems administration support, including installation of software updates and patches, network support, completion of system backups, troubleshooting and problem identification/resolution. Additionally the SA will provide end user support and help the senior SA with Certification and Accreditation of various IT systems.
Successful candidates will have a demonstrated track record of success in applying these skills in support of large development programs within the Federal government arena. A secret security clearance is required for this position - please do not apply unless you know you are clearable.
Work will be performed at the Pentagon and at DIT HQ in Arlington.
