Systems Administrator Job Description: One of our largest in Baltimore has a need for a strong, mid-level Windows Systems Administrator. This individual will provide operational support in an enterprise Windows Environment (server 2003 and 2008) that is mainly virtual (VMware - vsphere). - Experience administrating Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008 in an enterprise environment. - Client side experience connecting Windows servers to external enterprise class storage devices. - Solid experience provisioning and troubleshooting HP servers and virtual servers. - Some experience converting physical servers to virtual servers. - Some experience administrating SCCM and querying the SCCM DB would be helpful. This is a long term contract opportunity that could eventually become a permanent role with the client.
