Systems Administrator Job in Clearwater 33760, Florida US


Overview:

AAMP of America (www.aampofamerica.com) is a global leader in the development, manufacturing and distribution of consumer electronic accessories.  We are seeking a highly organized team player to function as Systems Administrator and to provide support for employees at our Corporate Office as well as satellite offices and remote sales staff.  Duties will include the following:

·         Set-up and configuration of PC’s and other related equipment on a Microsoft network.

·         Support desk responsibilities; assisting local and remote users with both software and hardware issues.

·         Troubleshoot PC issues and network issues to completion.

·         Candidate is responsible for maintaining and recommending solutions for network, security, backups, and disaster preparedness/recovery.

 

Must be dependable, punctual and possess a good attitude, excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience with both software and hardware required.

 

Qualifications

·         AS or AA within the computer field and A+ certification required

·         BS with CCNA, Net +, and MCP certifications preferred

·         Three (3) to Five (5) years of Information Technology work experience required

·          MS Active Directory

·         Server 2003/2008

·         Exchange 2010/Outlook

·         Windows XP/Vista/7

·         Office 2007/2010 skills

·         HP Printers

·           Experience with VMWare a plus

 

Hours: This is a full time, permanent position. 40 Hours per week, Monday-Friday. Occasional weekend or evening hours may be required.

Travel: Some travel, 1-3 times a year may be required.
