Application Services is responsible for all aspects of software application delivery and maintenance, including business analysis, technical design, software development, implementation and support.

This position is responsible for analyzing, supporting, and recommending improvements for all applications utilized by ING DIRECT Investment's internal users and external customers within all business areas. This role will ensure that Service Level and System Availability targets are established and met while functioning as the Tier IV application support resource for defined application areas.
A Systems Administrator IV is responsible for providing triage and escalation support by interfacing with key developers/vendors when resolving and reporting system issues/bugs for defined application areas. This position will utilize ITIL/SDLC frameworks and industry best practices to support cost effective application solutions which include diverse software/hardware technologies and tools.
