- Perform the Production to Operations (P20) process for new systems to ensure the Operations teams are ready to provide operational support
- Continuously improve the operational process, procedures and documentation to account for system changes and service improvements
- Coordinate the resolution of priority 1 incidents
- Serve as the process owner for: Production to Operations (P2O), Problem management, configuration management and CMDB
- Ensure operational procedures and documentation are kept up to date by working with the Operations and Engineering teams
- Review, update and create knowledge database articles for the Solution Center and Business Partners
- Backup system administration responsibilities across the Solution Center team
- Perform the support and maintenance of the HelpDesk toolset
- Perform HelpDesk phone support as needed
- Participate on project teams as needed
- Seven or more (7+) years of experience with client/server and custom applications required
- Five or more (5+) years of experience in a HelpDesk role with increasing levels of responsibility required
- Proven problem analysis, facilitation and communication skills required
- Proven experience in process analysis and documentation skills required
- Proven experience creating and optimizing operational procedure skills required
- AD administration and RACF administration preferred
- HDI Helpdesk or ITIL certification preferred
