Virginia Mason is currently seeking an experienced interface analyst and developer with hands on experience implementing and maintaining an enterprise interface architecture. Candidates with substantial experience point-to-point interface development and interface engine products are encouraged to apply. Position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to define roles and mentor staff in a constantly changing environment, promote a collaborative approach, communicate expectations and goals, and delegate work. A BA or equivalent, and minimum of 3 -8 years of platform integration experience and team leadership skills are required. Interface programmer/analyst is responsible for the design, build, test, troubleshooting, and monitoring of Cerner Millennium interfaces using site-specific custom scripts or routing between two or more non-Cerner systems. Candidate must be experienced using Cerner Open Engine, OpenView and Discern Explorer. Expert knowledge of HL7 2.2 or higher is required. Experience building and maintaining Orders, Scheduling, ADT, Billing and Pharmacy interfaces highly desired. Come join the quality health care leader in Seattle.
