Systems Business Analyst – Pricing, Risk & P&L
Working with departmental managers and business users to recognise, record and prioritise required functionality.
You will be responsible for high level solution designs and proposed functionality in conjunction with product owners and functional architecture, Defining acceptance criteria to assure the quality and usability of work packages that are returned from development and providing support for new functionality and to handle user queries regarding systems.
Key Skills / Experience:
- Must have 5yrs+ of proven business / systems analysis experience with Front Office environments.
- Must have solid appreciation of the end to end Trading Lifecycle for physical commodities, preferably within the Oil, Metals or Energy
- Must have experience in working with physical commodity hedging and its impact on trading PL
- Must have a good enough understanding of overall trading PL and PL explains to allow productive discussion with business users
- Engagement with business users on a regular basis
- Experienced in Agile methodology
- Appreciation of SOA
- Technical skills: UML, Excel VBA, etc.
