Systems Developer recruitment
The development team is situated within an ever changing business focused environment and so to be successful in this role you need to be able to adapt well to change.
In this role you will support a sales system that provides the income and performance management requirements to 3,000 Relationship Managers, supporting c1.5m customers with 6-7000 users, and gather requirements, design and build system features to support the business development requirements. You will also deliver mandatory annual processes including baselines, targeting and target adjustments and produce and maintain system and process documentation. Finally, you will also provide 2nd line support to front line users.
To succeed in your application, you will need to demonstrate:
- Knowledge of e-flex applications
- Knowledge of Oracle 10g / 11g (design, ETL, OLAP, performance tuning, SQL, PL/SQL)
- Knowledge of Web toolset (ASP.NET, ASP, HTML, DHTML, AJAX, VB.NET, CSS)
- Proficient use of specialist development software including Visual Studio and Toad
- Development lifecycle experience in a Rapid Application Development environment
We’re ideally looking for someone with proven experience in a similar role. Please note that Oracle and .NET experience are essential.
