Systems Engineer

IT Alliance is urgently recruiting for a Systems Engineer with experience in Remedy work flow modelling. This is a 6 month contracts, based in Dublin West.

The role is as follows:-

- Configuration management in remedy

- Workflow modelling in remedy

- Reporting pack with remedy

- Service level management

- CMDB activity

- Entuity EOTS
