Systems Engineer Asc Mgr
Specific Job Description The Task Manager is responsible for overseeing staff performing application migration with a focus on testing individual applications and integrating them into and enterprise environment. Staff will be responsible for Tier III help desk support in addition to testing and migration activities. The Task Manager will be responsible for coordinating testing environments and resources to meet the demands of integrating new applications as well as upgrading others. Ensure that all new services are designed to deliver the level of availability required by the business. Standard Job Description Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
