CEi seeks Senior Electrical Systems Engineer for our Roseville, CA office.
CEi is seeking a Senior Electrical Systems Engineer with experience and interest in development and integration of electronic aspects of aerospace systems such as UAVs, avionics and associated payloads. Position will be located at our Roseville, CA office. General background of interest includes work with avionics, RF and digital communications, antennas, instrumentation, electrical power, controls and actuators, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Subsystem and component level requirements analysis and specification development,
- Coordination with system design team
- RF link analysis/calculations
- EMI/EMC analysis, design, verification
- Subsystem/system reliability analysis
- Component circuitry and interconnection harness design and prototyping
- Subsystem and component evaluation and selection
- HW/SW test planning, setup and execution
- Integration and test troubleshooting
- Related systems engineering and integration efforts.
Typical Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field; MS preferred
- 10+ years related systems engineering experience.
- Ability to obtain and hold security clearances and special accesses on DoD programs.
- Experience with tools such as MATLAB, DOORS, CAD software, LabVIEW and lab test equipment
- Highly motivated individual with ability to think creatively and outside-the-box and the the
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
