Job Title: System Engineer III

Specific Duties: Server and desktop support for SIPRNET, SCINet, stand alones JWICS
· Server duties:
o Maintenance of already existing enclave of systems to include patching, anti-virus updates, account creation/deletion and maintenance.
o Perform regular backups of server data and maintain backup equipment
o Maintain tech refresh plans for all hardware software
· Desktop support duties:
o Familiar with printers, scanners, desktop PCs and monitors
o Able to swap out defective equipment
Required Skills: Must have solid server administration experience; knowledge of ADPE, VTCs; and technical writing preferred but not required.
Education: BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Hardware or similar field.
