SYSTEMS ENGINEER, FT/Benefits Tasks range from local support to online virtual support of other locations. Providing in-house IT/Customer Service/Help Desk tasks; maintain PC, server, printers, PBX and call mgmt software. A Customer Service Attitude will carry as much weight as meeting the skill requirements for the job. Ideal cand. will have min 2 yrs. exp. in an end user environment; strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (XP, 7, and 2008), Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook ); hardware components and peripherals, general networking technologies (LAN, WAN, wireless), disk imaging, and Windows Active Directory environment is required.
