Systems Engineer Manager with Commercial Software Design experie Description: Security Clearance: Public Trust Requires seven years of overall experience including five years of management experience and maintains a strong background in designing commercial software. The system engineer manager has overall responsibility for provision of all systems engineering processes, as well as the specification of the supporting infrastructure and manages the systems engineering group.
