Standard Job Description:
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
Specific Job Description:
Provide process development and implementation support to CMMI tasks. Support the development of detailed work plan to develop, document, implement, institutionalize and validate full suite management, technical, and support processes leading to CMMI Level 3 Maturity Rating.
Required Skills:
- BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Four years of experience performing technical roles across the system development lifecycle leadership in requirements development and management, system design, project management, quality assurance, acquisition, integration, testing, and operations
- One year providing senior-level process improvement services to Government efforts
- One year providing senior process engineering support to Information Assurance (IA) organizations
- Experience in developing and implementing at least 8 of the following level 2 and level 3 process areas:

- Project Planning
- Project Monitoring and Control
- Supplier Agreement Management
- Measurement and Analysis

- One industry certification related to the CMMI processes
