Our client, a growing Australian IT consultancy are currently looking to hire a Systems Improvements Analyst to work closely with the Financial Controller in improving the information flow between the databases, dashboards and ERP system. With strong SQL and Visual Basic programming skills you will be at the forefront of assisting with improving the integrity of the CRM system, databases, reports and dashboards.
Your role will be split into 3 key areas:
- Maintain the integrity of the current system and information
- Project to improve and re-build a more streamlined system for reporting
- Creating new more effective dashboards
To be successful in this role you will need to have a number of skills, specifically T-SQL programming, Visual Basic (ideally VB.Net), MS Excel to macro level. Experience with accounting ERPs, Crystal reports and BI cubes will be very useful. This role will involve a significant amount of communication with senior management so ability to communicate new ideas effectively and business acumen will be paramount. Knowledge of accounting will be viewed very highly.
