CSR Work Description :

The customer group is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Senior Technical Systems Integrator providing direct support to the Front Office, reporting directly to Chief and Deputy Chief of the customer group.

The selected candidate is expected to be a highly motivated officer with extensive background in IT and demonstrated experience as a technical systems integrator. Selected candidate must display a high level of initiative and corporate thinking, and must have knowledge, skills and abilities to assist in streamlining business processes. Selected candidate must be enthusiastic about effecting change and willing to explore new ideas in providing quality IT services and support. Selected candidate must possess a good mix of both technical and programmatic skills as well as strong communication and schedule management skills. Candidate must be capable of working independently as well as cooperatively with IT partners and stakeholders. Candidate must be able to interpret complex and technical information and apply into effective communications for management and customers.

Key responsibilities include:

-Assist management in a zero base review of current lines of business (i.e. Support, Administration, Engineering, OM, etc), standard operating procedures, internal process workflows, metrics collection and assessments and identify opportunities for improvements, efficiencies, and effectiveness.

-Utilize best practices to plan, monitor, and manage the complete lifecycle of enterprise-wide projects, key activities, and implement strategic initiatives.

-Collaborate and Communicate across all levels - Customers, Stakeholders, Management, internally and, with communitypartners.

-Identify best-fit technical solutions for defined requirements and seek opportunities to improve and implement efficient processes/solutions.

-Prepare and present briefings to customers, stakeholders, and management - including project management reviews, group presentations, and customer forums.

-Accurately capture, track, and facilitate the work-off of action items.

-Facilitate Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs ); monitor progress, coordinate efforts, and reconcile conflicts.

-Prepare technical presentations (i.e. Quarterly Reviews, All-Hands presentations, etc.) and assist coordination/review of group weekly reports.

-Support the groups project control and boards (i.e. Corporate Board, Project Management Review, Prioritization meeting, etc.)

-Ensure group activities adhere to policies and procedures in support of the customer's core business objectives and strategic goals.

-Update and manage content on customer's SharePoint (internal and external) sites.

-Incorporate best management practices".

-Help foster diversity of thought" and teamwork" throughout the group.

Mandatory Skills - Candidate must have all skills listed:

-Extensive experience and demonstrated knowledge as an IT Systems Integrator applied in enterprise-wide initiatives across the complete project lifecycle from initial planning, engineering/development, test, deployment, OM, to eventual decommission.

-Demonstrated experience in project management software (i.e. MS Project, MS Enterprise Project Manager, and/or

Primavera TeamPlay) in order to conduct comprehensive tracking of plans and progress and manage resources, schedule,dependencies, and costs.

-Expert working proficiency with MS Office suite desktop applications. Strong background and experience with collaboration tools and portal technologies (i.e. MS SharePoint).

-Demonstrated experience in the customer's Project Management Framework (PMF) and experience with ITIL processes.

-Outstanding time and organization skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and accurately capture, track, and facilitate the work-off of action items while working in an environment with competing priorities and short suspense timelines.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Experience preparing/reviewing documentation and developing/delivering formal presentations.

-Exceptional ability to work in a team environment comprised of technical personnel and partners.

-Exceptional Customer Service and Communications skills.

-Ability to work and communicate at various levels (i.e. amongst peers, technical partners, management, and executive level customers).

-Proactive, self starter, motivated, demonstrates initiative, flexible and adaptable supporting high demand work environment, responsible, strong work ethic.

-Understanding of IT initiatives and activities across the customer organization.

-Awareness of the community IT Efficiencies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Five or more years of consulting experience with technical software product analysis and implementation
Experience working with CSC Catalyst and/or equivalent client or vendor-mandated methodology
Experience working with one family of technologies on one technical platform
Experience working with software packages or classes of packages, and products within your area of technical expertise

One to two years of additional relevant experience in one or more technical specialty areas
Good technical infrastructure design skills
Good communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
Ability to devise creative technical solutions
Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problems

Willingness to travel when needed
