Current Need Provides leadership and direction in hospital staff augmentation for the implementation organization in Managed Services/Professional Services Organization by balancing the attainment of business goals with customer and employee satisfaction Position Description Systems Manager will be responsible for developing a detailed, structured approach to implementations of software through Application knowledge. Approach covers all activities from sales transition through go live, and includes development of performance measures. Will manage a team of direct reports including mentoring and staff development to meet business objectives in order to provide service to Outsourcing, Remote Hosting and new revenue business. Manages and is accountable for revenues and expenses to meet multiple business units goals while adhering to company policy and procedures. Monitors activities to ensure financial and operational results are achieved through forecasting and reporting through appropriate tools. Maintains effective high-level customer relationships to promote staff augmentation business and foster client satisfaction. Monitors day-to-day implementation activities, intervenes as necessary and will sponsor key customer accounts as assigned in order to promote customer and employee satisfaction. Works with other business units of the company to accomplish joint objectives and promote services growth, strategic planning and adhering to methodology. Drive key initiatives in regards to forecasting, training and growth of the Accelerated business. Includes updating and developing service paths for expected new sales, participate in sales reviews, review and provide input and guidance to business contracts. Additional Knowledge Skills Experience with McKesson Financial applications and implementation methodologies, customer service skills, analytical and budgeting skills and Interpersonal/relationship building skills. Minimum Requirements 5-10 years customer support, systems experience, healthcare experience or implementation experience involving resource management.
