Experienced with large-scale IT projects, you will be the main liaison between business and IT, helping the group meet its business goals by providing the appropriate technical solutions.
You will have a solid background in project management and business analysis. You will be able to talk to multiple levels of the business to gather requirements and define the business opportunities, as well as understand the initiatives so as to prioritize implementation and change. You will have hands on experience with conducting feasibility studies and risk assessment, You will also have excellent communication skills in English as well as Putonghua and be experienced in working closely with business stakeholders.
You will have at least 4 years of business analysis and project management experience with large complex projects, hands on knowledge of driving business discovery workshops, and experience with managing and developing Web applications (group Intranet and workflow). Hotel experience is not a must, but technical leadership, self-motivation, and ambition are pre-requisite.
