Systems Support Analyst recruitment

Opportunity

An excellent new opportunity to join our Operations and Systems Support team. The successful candidates responsibility will be to carry out day-to-day system support activities to support the areas of MG Retail with third-party providers. You will work as part of scheduled business-as-usual activities, managing issues, and working in projects.

Key responsibilities

- MGII Trailer Fees.
- UK Special Deals updated on IFDS systems (D91, AMC Rebate, and Agent Moves).
- Co-ordination of Mass Statements.
- Co-ordination of Mailings.
- Management of Output templates.
- Minor Change / Small Enhancements.
- TPA Standing Data and working with Dynamic Data / Extracts.
- Assisting in more technical areas of Operations and Systems Support as work commitments require.
- Management of team issues centrally (logged and auditable).
- These responsibilities take place in both a BAU and project environment.

What we are looking for
- Knowledge of MG Retail business, funds and products (preferable but not essential)
- Knowledge of PPL business, funds and products.
- Understanding and knowledge of principles of IT.
- Knowledge of systems used by Third Party Providers (IFDS, BNYM, RBC Dexia etc).
- Microsoft Office skills for MS Word, MS Excel MS Access.
- Understanding of System Testing Principles.
- Ability to work both with and without close supervision.
- Professional manner and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with all team members.
- Able to communicate clearly.
- Strong attention to detail
