A global and successful consultancy within the Hedge Fund space urgently seeks a talented Systems Support candidate to deal with multiple Traders and Fund Managers. The organisation has had major success and positive growth over in the US and is now looking to expand the London based team dramatically.
The successful candidate will be based at UK headquarters and tasked with providing day to day Systems support to all of the UK Hedge Fund clients. These are primarily based around the Mayfair area, with several new clients in the heart of the City. The Systems Support candidate will work to support the organisation's infrastructure in addition to clients both remotely and onsite, whilst also working on long term internal projects.
The day to day role of the Systems Support-(Windows Server, SQL, Exchange, Blackberry, VMWare, Citrix, Active Directory, Hedge Fund, Financial Services, London) will include:
- Day to day systems support to UK clients, whilst having the opportunity to work on infrastructure related projects
- Dealing with clients and front office trading environments
- Maintenance of all systems
- Working to expand the team and act as an ambassador to the business

In order to be considered for the role of the Systems Support, the following is essential:
- Experience with Windows Server 2008 and SQL
- Exchange 2007/2010
- Experience with mobile devices such as Blackberry Enterprise Server
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, VMWare, Citrix and SAN Technologies
- Knowledge of Bloomberg, Fidessa and Reuters would also be desirable
