Systems Trainer Job in Melbourne 3000, Victoria Australia

Taking direction from the Business Information and Training Team Lead, the Systems Trainer will be working closely with other Trainers to ensure that all training is consistent with the organisations requirements.
To be successful in this role a flexible approach to tasks, workloads and responsibilities is required as well as a reasonable level of maturity to be able to handle a fast paced environment and reactionary nature of the organisations environment.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years systems training experience
- Knowledge CRM databases
- An ability to work autonomously and as part of a virtual team
- Must be proactive in addressing training needs within both the Australian and New Zealand offices, whilst maintaining the training strategies set by the business
- Experience in working with professional services
- A Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or Equivalent is highly desired
- Exposure to dealing will all levels of staff within their current or previous organisation
- A maturity to be able to handle the fast paced industry of recruitment and the reactionary nature of our office
- Some exposure to creating training resources, including documentation writing
- Ability to take direction from a larger team i.e. Systems, Business Systems, Office staff and office Directors/Managers
- The ability to work with a remote based manager
