RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of Yellow Shoes’ project management and reporting systems. Partner with other areas within Yellow Shoes Operations and Creative teams to ensure that systems and processes are reliable and being effectively used.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience of proven systems/reporting experience with a creative agency or corporation.
• Demonstrated strong organizational/time management skills with an attention to detail
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills
• Strong judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Outstanding communication and partnering skills
• Strong negotiating and influencing abilities
• Knowledge of and appreciation for the creative process
• Demonstrated understanding of broadcast/digital development and production processes
• Able to work with bi-coastal teams who have competing, but equally important priorities
• Strong team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks and people with flexibility in a fast-paced environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to interact successfully with management
• Highly-motivated, self-starter, energetic and task-oriented
• Must enjoy an ever-changing, fast-paced, fluid environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Finance or Analytics
