The Clinical Lead, Equipment is a role within Domiciliary Care (Dom Care), Client Services and is accountable to the Director, Domiciliary Care for: Providing leadership, clinical reasoning and advice to staff and management in relation to equipment and home modifications for Dom Care clients; ensure consistency and support compliance in the implementation of equipment policies across Dom Care; working with other Equipment Program Leaders to ensure that the program is meeting the equipment and home modification needs of Dom Care clients and Developing and implementing strategic and operational projects to meet Dom Care objectives and timeframes as required.

Essential Minimum Qualifications: A degree or other qualification which entitles registration as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Podiatrist. An appropriate degree in speech pathology or other appropriate qualification giving eligibility for Practising membership of the Speech Pathology Association of Australia as published in Commissioner’s Standard 2, Attachment C.

Special Conditions: The incumbent may be required to work across and/or be located at any of the Dom Care sites. Some out of hours work may be required. Will be required to participate in the performance management review process. A flexible approach to the taking of leave is required. Current drivers license essential and a willingness to travel regularly across Dom Care. This is a part-time role working 37.5 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked. Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a Background Screening and National Criminal History Record Check (NCHRC) prior to being employed and every three years.

Role Status: Term for 2 years (Part-time)

Remuneration: $81,190 - $86,563 (AHP3)
