Contract position
Location: Nationwide
Salary: 30k-37k DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
The Company
Leading global bank requires Transfer Agency staff for their offices nationwide (including Dublin).
Tasks of transfer agent:
- Oversee monthly subscriptions/redemptions processing
- Manage process from start to set up new funds
- Update both investors and clients regarding investor investment activity
- Review investment restrictions, investor eligibility and status, documentation for subscriptions/redemptions and ensure there is adequate anti-money laundering documentation in place
- Ensure any investor correspondence is responded to in a timely manner and reports are issued within agreed client deadlines
The Person
- Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business related area (preferred but not essential).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and IT capability
- Ability to work effectively to deadlines
Salary will depend on experience but will range from €30-50K.
