TA ASSISTANT MANAGER (OUTSOURCED SERVICE DELIVERY)
Description:
An opportunity exists within a leading investment company for an experienced individual to join their Transfer Agency. Candidates should have experience of managing supplier relationships, ensuring that SLA’s are met.
Core Responsibilities:
- To support vendor relationships for Intl TA outsourced services, acting as a conduit between Intl TA (service and operations teams) and those outsourced vendors, ensuring service delivery through defined guidelines
- To ensure delivery of quality of service through dialogue with outsourced vendors and the reporting of performance metrics
- To assist in the resolution of issues relating to service provision, working with the relevant parties to ensure appropriate measures and controls are put in place to prevent recurrence, communicating as required
- To communicate product and regulatory changes to impacted vendors, schedule changes and participate within internal project teams to represent vendor interests to Intl TA and its business partners
- To review fees and agreed tariffs, process payments, and to produce key metrics and analysis for departmental reporting
- To carry out regular risk reviews on all vendors to ensure suitability of on-going support for our business
- Maintain a profile of all outsourced vendors, monitoring timelines for reviews, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date and accessible on-line
- To participate in the sourcing and selection of new vendors, including RFP, diligence, reporting, review and recommendation processes
- To provide analytical support for contractual and tariff reviews with vendors
- Liaise with Intl TA to collate distributor/vendor scorecards and profiles, escalating gaps and issues
- Attend service reviews, log progress and provide updates to the team

Core Requirements:
- Extensive experience in customer/vendor servicing/relationships and in cross-border mutual funds industry (typically up to two years).
