As TAFE Teacher, you will be primarily responsible for the delivery of course material, assessing students and the supervision of students enrolled in the Diploma of Nursing in the School. Participation in the School's continuing reviews of course content and development, delivery, teaching methods (including on-line delivery methods) and methods of students' assessment will also form part of this role. This will allow you to interact with external organisations, industry groups and RMIT teaching and administration staffed leading to participation in relevant activities which ensure your vocational competence meets and/or exceeds the education level being delivered and assessed.
As the successful candidate you will be required to possess an appropriate Bachelor Degree qualification in Nursing, minimum of two years work experience directly related to qualifications held and a Certificate IV in Training Assessment (TAA40104 or TAE40110).
Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children check. You will be required to hold current Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
