Acquisitions Manager – Real Estate recruitment
• Identify properties that comply with investment strategy for both the German mandate and EPF. • Maintain and develop relationships with agents, owners and developers of properties on a pan-European basis, although with a strong focus on Germany. • Liaise with analysts to review and oversee cash flow modelling for potential acquisitions. • Oversee all aspects of the acquisition process including appointing and liaising with all due diligence service providers e.g. accountants, valuer, lawyers etc • Prepare Investment Transaction Committee papers for internal sign off of each Read more […]
