Aspect Dialer Technical Support Responsibilities Include: -Maintenance and service of Aspect EWFM platform including HP Servers and Oracle DB’s. -Basis server knowledge is required including OS, 2003, and 2008. -Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Oracle would be very helpful. -Candidate should possess knowledge and experience of maintaining Aspect Dialers.
