Standard Poor’s Public Finance is seeking an Associate Director for the Tax-Exempt Housing Group in either the San Francisco, CA or New York, NY office. Associate Directors are responsible for covering credits on both a new issue and surveillance basis; this includes preparing credit analysis for the rating committee, publishing ratings rationales and credit analyses, and conducting surveillance.
