As of 30.03.2012, our client has more than EUR 1 Billion of non-recourse and limited course commercial real estate financings under management. The focus of this portfolio is on core/core+ commercial and residential real estate within Germany. Due to the increased deal flow in Germany, the team will be aiming to hire a new Portfolio Manager in the near future.
