Responsibilities: • Working Customer Policy Review calls and follow ups• Updating all address, phone numbers and emails.• Review policy and offer up sale of coverage or cross sales.• Endorsements and follow ups.• Follow up on Claims. • Call renewals. Must be Licensed PC in the State of Texas
