Senior Counsel – Banking and Finance
Our client is seeking a banking and finance senior counsel to join their regional legal team in Hong Kong. Applications are invited from lawyers with 5 – 7 years post qualification experience gained at an international firm or similar in-house position. The role is transactional in nature and experience in the documentation of global markets, lending, structured finance and commodities transactions and advising on cross-border legal matters is expected.
