POSITION SUMMARY: The Business Process Analyst will support a group of stores in all aspects of the Computer Generated Ordering (CGO) system. They are responsible for reviewing data in CGO Plus to validate store compliance as it relates to out of stocks. They are to be the single point of contact for all CGO related issues within their district and are responsible for providing CGO training and coaching to all appropriate associates to optimize performance.
