Call Center- BiLingual Multi-CaseAdecco is actively seeking Contact Center Agents for the Legal Industry! As a Contact Center Associate you will take in-bound calls and emails as well as return messages related to legal actions. This position requires the ability to read, write and speak English, type 25+ words per minute with accuracy, average to strong computer skills and be able to think, talk and type at the same time.
