Capital Markets Associate recruitment

In this role you will be supporting a small team spanning ECM and DCM. You must be able to construct financial models and assess credit ratios to determine debt structure, leverage capacity and pricing. You must be able to conduct analysis to determine the optimal acquisition capital structure and debt capacity of a transaction, LBO and DCF. As such you will be responsible for assessing positioning strategies and monetization alternatives focusing on MA valuations.. You will also have in depth experience of performing due diligence to evaluate investment merits of a target.
