Key Accountabilities:Manage Card operations. Maintain service levels and drive continuous performance improvement.Support business change. Identify, develop and deliver incremental performance improvement initiatives (PayPal, Pay at Pump, Fallback to Magstripe, Emergency Cash); act as business expert in support of larger change projects – Contactless, Card issuance.Front Office relationship management.
