DepartmentThe Commercial Real Estate Finance (CREF) Monitoring Group in New York is seeking to hire an Analyst in its Commercial Real Estate Collateralized Debt Obligation (CRE CDO) surveillance team. The team is responsible for monitoring the ratings of existing CRE CDOs (Synthetics, CLOs, Re-Remics) and for completing or updating credit estimates of CRE CDO collateral.
