Collecting receivables including calls to customers, investigating and resolving issues relating to invoices and account reconciliation. Ensuring collection calls meet monthly targets. Reviewing and releasing orders from credit hold. Logging all collections calls on the customer accounts as well as in the Heat program. Issuing of CSD’s and follow-up when required.
