The Credit Risk Management Advisory Department (“CRMA”) is a central part of the Goldman Sachs risk management framework, with primary responsibility for assessing, monitoring and managing credit risk at the Firm. In addition, CRMA, in cooperation with the Investment Banking Division, provides credit rating advisory services to the firm’s clients.
