MAJOR DUTIES: Network Fault and Management: The Network Operation Center provides 24 x 7 fault monitoring and network device management for the entire Authority. This service provides fault monitoring for routers and switches as well as other manageable devices such as DSUs, CSUs, and data services including Frame Relay, Point to Point, Ethernet, and Switched-Multimegabit Data Services (SMDS).
